5 Smoothie Recipes for Clear Skin
Lately I've been trying my hardest to make every meal as balanced and healthy as possible. We only get one body, so we have to take care of it!
I recently picked up "Eat Pretty, Live Well", by innovative health coach Jolene Hart, and the way I look at food will never be the same. Hart gives a new take on the term " you are what you eat" . She reveals our food choices significantly affect our beauty and overall well being. After finishing her book, I realized I've been neglecting my health and the evidence is written all over my face in blemishes.
In a weird way I find comfort knowing I can control how I look and feel by making the right food choices. However, being health conscience with my schedule is far from easy. That's where Smoothies come in. They're the perfect way to get a nutrient balanced "meal" in a quick and delicious way. The combinations for the perfect smoothie are endless and can be tailored to benefit all your beauty needs. With a great resource like "Eat Pretty, Live Well" I've been able to come up with several recipes for what I consider to be "Beauty Smoothies":
